This project involved designing a hydraulic circuit for a conveyor belt system used in soil restoration equipment, integrating sensors to calculate the flow of additives. The system design included hydraulic motors, pumping systems, and linear actuators, supported by detailed 3D modeling, fluid power simulations, and load calculations for varying conveyor angles and materials.

We calculated the flow rate of additives using hoppers, determined conveyor sizes to meet project requirements, and included instrumentation like load cells and motion sensors, with uncertainty analyses for these components. Deliverables included a comprehensive parts list, cost analysis, and bill of materials to ensure functionality and feasibility.
